求助：英语名词解释

奈达在他的归化理论中提到译者要有"empathetic spirit"
它出现在这段话中：Nida suggests that the translator should admire the source language, having the same culture background and more or less have a talent equal to that of the author, he called this the translator's "empathetic   spirit"， which requires the translator's total devotion to and dependence upon the original author's intent.
这个empathetic spirit 有专门的个一个术语吗？
